Kerry B. Gress
Kerry B. Gress has been a civil trial lawyer since 2001. Kerry's practice at Floyd & Pflueger, P.S. focuses primarily on general civil litigation, including the defense of personal injury, product liability, and environmental contamination actions.
Kerry graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Speech Communication. In 2001, he graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California, where his education emphasized trial advocacy and alternative dispute resolution. While at Pepperdine, Kerry received the Certificate Degree from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution, continually rated the top alternative dispute resolultion program by US News & World Reports.
Prior to joining Floyd & Pflueger, Kerry clerked at several top plaintiffs' firms in Southern California, working on high profile tort, mass toxic tort, and class action lawsuits.
Kerry is a member of both the state and federal courts of Washington, Phi Delta Phi, Washington State Bar Association, and King County Bar Association.
Kerry enjoys Husky football, mountain biking, water and snow skiing, backpacking, hiking, tennis, and cellaring wine.
