Thomas B. Nedderman
Thomas B. Nedderman has been a civil trial lawyer since 1996 and is licensed to practice in Washington, Alaska, and Illinois. Tom is a partner with Floyd & Pflueger, P.S. and has been with the firm since 1999.
Tom's current practice emphasizes the defense of claims for commercial liability, personal injury (including traumatic brain injury), property damage, construction law, pharmaceutical liability, product defects, toxic tort, and wrongful death.
Tom's representative clients include Royal & Sunalliance, St. Paul Travelers, Fred Meyer Stores, Inc., and Rite Aid Corporation. He is a member of the state and federal courts of Washington, Alaska, and Illinois, and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, and King County Bar Association.
Tom obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1990. He graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996, where he received the Distinguished Student Award.
Tom is a member of a local hockey team and enjoys skiing, running, and spending time with his family.
